What's included
The problem with
"we think it's backed up"
Many businesses only discover their backups don’t work when they need them most. Copies sit on the same server, haven’t run in months or can’t be restored in time.
We design backup and disaster recovery you can trust: automated, encrypted, stored off-site and tested regularly, with a clear plan for getting back online fast.

FAQ
Common questions
Everything you need to know before we start working together.
How long does a typical IT project take?
It depends on scope. A hosting migration or security clean-up can be done in days, a WordPress rebuild usually takes 4–8 weeks, and larger platforms take longer. You get a realistic timeline after our free consultation, with no surprises.
What access do you need to our systems?
We request only the minimum access each task needs, such as hosting, WordPress admin or specific API connections. All access is documented and follows least-privilege principles.
Who owns the websites and systems you build?
You do. Everything we build belongs to your business. We provide full documentation so you can maintain it yourself, and we’re happy to support it long term if you prefer.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
We don’t disappear after launch. If something breaks or needs adjusting, our team diagnoses and fixes it quickly. Our support plans add 24/7 monitoring, updates and priority response.
How do you handle data security?
Absolutely. We work with the platforms you already use, from WordPress and Microsoft 365 to HubSpot, Salesforce and Cisco networks, and collaborate smoothly with your existing teams and vendors.
Can you work with our existing tools and vendors?
That’s exactly what our free consultation is for. We review your setup and recommend the highest-impact next steps based on risk, cost and business value.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance and support?
What if we're not sure where to start?
Most consultations last 30–45 minutes. During a project we usually meet weekly or bi-weekly, depending on scope.
